Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory UAE banking sales experience
• Proven experience in Islamic Personal Finance sales
• Strong sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management skills
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong understanding of the UAE banking market and compliance practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
