UAE experienced Operations Coordinator required for Aluminium, Glass and Interior design

We are looking for UAE experienced Operations Coordinator. Must have knowledge of Aluminium, Glass and Interior design works. Required Driving License, preferably with own car. Apply only relevant candidates. Only relevant candidates to apply.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Leadership skills.

. Coordinate & attend meetings with Clients and suppliers.

. Assign required team to each project and make sure to achieve the target.

. Plan & arrange the required materials for daily activities.

. Follow up on Payment Applications and Invoices.

. Provide assistance for sales & marketing.

· The ability to motivate and manage staff.

. Plan & control the staff duty timings and arrange proper transportation.

. Visit the sites daily and make sure the productivity is meeting our requirements.

. Control & manage all the projects.

· The ability to organize your time and workload.

· To be thorough and pay attention to detail & problem solving.

· The ability to use your initiative.

· Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Supervisor / Onsite Project Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
