Position: UAE Lawyers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $100–$150/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 weeks (subject to change)

Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours/week, maximum of 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Document Compilation: Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents according to project guidelines.
• Ensure Accuracy: Verify that all compiled materials are accurate, complete, and clear.
• Structured Documentation: Follow defined documentation processes to meet high-quality standards.
• Source Verification: Ensure all documents come from verifiable, public platforms, adhering to proper sourcing protocols.
• Asynchronous Collaboration: Work with the project manager asynchronously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience of active legal practice experience in the UAE.
• Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional law.
• Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory document sources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
