Job Description:

• Department will be assigned post-joining based on your experience and education.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads on various projects and initiatives.
• Assist in day-to-day operations to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Analyse business processes, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Engage in professional development to enhance leadership and managerial skills.
• Support cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
