Nationality: UAE National (Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist HR with employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entry tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • UAE National (Female) as per Emiratization requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or office coordination is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
