UAE Strategic Partnerships Advisor – Composite Reinforcement (Part-Time)

Overview

We are expanding into the UAE to localize manufacturing of GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcement through a joint venture with a qualified industrial partner.

We seek a UAE-based senior industry professional to originate and qualify potential joint venture partners within the construction materials, reinforcement, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

This is a relationship-driven, part-time advisory role focused on partner access and deal origination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified UAE-based manufacturing or industrial partners.
• Initiate senior-level discussions with decision-makers.
• Pre-qualify candidates for operational capability and capital capacity.
• Facilitate executive-level introductions.
• Support progression toward signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) for JV formation.
• Provide guidance on relevant regulatory and industrial positioning.

Administrative, technical, and negotiation functions are handled by the international team.

Profile

• 10+ years in construction materials, reinforcement, composites, precast, or industrial manufacturing in the UAE/GCC.
• Established relationships with industrial groups, plant owners, or senior executives.
• Familiarity with UAE industrial zones and regulatory environment.
• Experience with joint ventures or industrial partnerships preferred.
• UAE-based and commercially execution-oriented.

Objective (Initial 6 Months)

• 8–15 qualified partner engagements.
• 3–5 credible JV candidates.
• 1–2 LOIs under negotiation.

Engagement: Part-time / Fractional (10–15 hrs/week)

Compensation: Monthly retainer + success-based incentives
