UAT Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a UAT Functional Consultant with Rewards experience , requirement understanding, and functional issue analysis. The candidate will work closely with business teams and technical teams to ensure successful testing and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements, functional documents, and process flows.
• Prepare UAT test cases, scenarios, and execution plans.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing and validate system behavior.
• Identify defects, document issues, and follow up for closure.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement clarifications.
• Collaborate with development teams for issue fixes and retesting.
• Maintain UAT reports, test evidence, and daily status updates.
• Support deployment verification during production release.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (BCom,BBA,BSc,BE,BCA or equivalent)
• MBA or Post Graduation is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in UAT, Functional Testing, or Business Analysis.
• 2 Years of Development/Coding Experience (Must)
• Strong understanding of UAT, SDLC, and functional testing processes.
• Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into test cases.
• Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-tracking tools.
• Good analytical thinking and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
