UBE Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law (UBE qualification required) and eager to develop their skills in negotiations, client advocacy, and dispute resolution within the lemon law space.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and negotiate lemon law claims on behalf of clients
• Communicate with manufacturers, dealerships, and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes
• Draft, review, and manage settlement agreements
• Provide clear legal advice and updates to clients throughout the process
• Maintain case files and track deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support the litigation team as needed

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California (UBE score transferable or CA license)
• 0–3 years of legal experience; prior exposure to consumer law, negotiations, or litigation is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Client-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
