UGC Content Creator (Short-Form Video) no editing

We are looking for high-energy creators who can work fast. This is not a "spend 3 hours editing one video" role. This is a "point, shoot, and move to the next" role. We pay for output. If you are fast, you will earn $50–$100/hr easily.

The Role:

• Create simple, engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style) based on provided scripts/hooks.

Who This Is For:

• You are comfortable on camera and have high energy.
• You can memorize a quick hook or read a prompt naturally.
• You understand lighting and angles but don't overthink perfection.
• You are efficient. If you take 30 minutes to film one 15-second video, this role is not for you.

Requirements:

• iPhone 14 or newer (or equivalent Android).
• Good natural lighting or ring light setup.
• Ability to follow specific directions on tone and delivery.

Compensation:

• Rate: Flat rate of $100 per completed batch (20 videos).
• Effective Hourly Rate: $50.00 - $100.00+ per hour (Performance Based).
• Experienced/Fast Creators: Typically complete a batch in ~1 hour ($100/hr effective).
• Standard Pace: Typically complete a batch in ~2 hours ($50/hr effective).
• Payment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
