UGC Content Creator – TikTok Manager

We are looking for a creative and motivated UGC Content Creator to manage and grow our TikTok account dedicated to your country.

This role is ideal for someone who understands local trends, nightlife, luxury lifestyle, tourism, and viral TikTok content. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that attracts viewers, grows the page, and generates bookings through affiliate links.

Responsibilities

• Manage the TikTok account of your country
• Publish daily TikTok content
• Create viral and locally relevant content
• Generate traffic and bookings through affiliate links
• Grow the audience and engagement of the page
• Follow TikTok trends and adapt content strategies quickly
• Improve account performance, reach, and engagement
• Research local hotspots, events, restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, luxury experiences, and trending locations
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and local businesses when needed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok and viral content
• Experience creating UGC or social media content
• Comfortable filming, editing, and posting short-form videos
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, nightlife, tourism, or hospitality
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing apps
• Good English communication skills
