Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Writer/Copywriter who can craft authentic, engaging, and conversion-driven content for various social media channels, ad campaigns, and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social trends, short-form storytelling, and the ability to align content with brand voice and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fresh, relatable, and trend-focused UGC content ideas for multiple brands in different industries.
• Write copy for social media posts, video scripts, ad campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Research market trends, social media behavior, and audience insights to produce content that resonates with target users.
• Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and videographers to develop campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain brand tone, clarity, and consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide content optimization suggestions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of UGC trends, influencer-style storytelling, and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta).
• Excellent command over written English and Hindi.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging hooks and conversational copy.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
