Duties

• Develop compelling UGC content tailored for diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Youtube, Pinterest and Linkedin
• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align content with branding strategies and campaign goals.
• Utilize media editing tools like Instories, Capcut, Photoshop, and Canva to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
• Monitor social media analytics and marketing online analytics to assess content performance and optimize future campaigns.
• Engage with followers through social media communication, fostering community growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in media editing tools such as Capcut, Instories, Canva and other video editing software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing performance monitoring using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Excellent writing skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
• Ability to conduct keyword research and apply SEO principles to enhance content visibility.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is a plus.
• Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
