WHAT THE ROLE IS

  • This is NOT a social media job.
  • This is NOT a branding role.
  • This is a growth role.

Your job is simple to understand and hard to execute:

Turn our products into content that drives sales.

That means:

  • Getting creators to post
  • Generating UGC at scale
  • Finding what converts
  • Doing more of what works

If you are looking to “manage content calendars” or “build a brand voice,” this is NOT the role.

WHAT YOU OWN

You own outcomes, not activity.

  • Creators posting every week
  • Volume of usable UGC
  • Content that actually converts
  • Revenue coming from creator content

If content is going out but not driving sales, that is still a miss.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Creator sourcing and outreach

  • Find 50 to 100 relevant creators every week
  • Reach out and get them interested without sounding like a brand

Product seeding

  • Ship product at scale
  • Set expectations for content without forcing it

UGC production

  • Turn one creator into multiple pieces of content
  • Extract hooks, angles, variations
  • Build a content library that compounds

Affiliate engine

  • Recruit creators into a revenue share model
  • Give them a reason to keep posting

Optimization

  • Figure out what works
  • Kill what doesn’t
  • Double down fast

Trust layer

  • Push winning content onto the website
  • Improve conversion through proof, not claims

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY DONE

You should be able to point to at least one of the following:

  • Built a TikTok or creator affiliate engine from scratch
  • Scaled a DTC brand using UGC instead of paid ads
  • Seeded products to a large number of creators and turned that into content volume
  • Managed creators where content led directly to sales

If your experience is mostly running ads or posting on brand accounts, this will not be a fit.

30 / 60 / 90 DAY EXPECTATIONS

First 30 days

  • 50+ creators onboarded
  • 50 to 100 pieces of UGC created
  • Affiliate system live

60 days

  • 100+ creators in pipeline
  • Consistent posting happening
  • First meaningful organic sales

90 days

  • 200+ pieces of UGC per month
  • Clear winning content angles
  • Organic and affiliate revenue growing consistently

COMPENSATION

Base
$3,000 to $6,000 per month depending on experience

Performance bonuses
Additional cash compensation tied to milestones such as:

  • Number of active creators
  • UGC volume targets
  • Revenue generated from creator channel

We are open to structuring this aggressively for the right person.
