Overview

Assessment Specialist position focused on evaluation and quality assurance of postgraduate specialty programs in medical education.

Responsibilities

• Aware of concepts, approaches, and systems of assessment in medical education
• Experience with assessment systems in postgraduate specialty education
• Examining expertise in medical education context
• Analytical skill in program evaluation for postgraduate specialty education
• Effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal teamwork skills
• Leadership, management competencies, organizational abilities, and supervision skills

Minimum Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties
• Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultant status or at least 3 years' experience post specialty qualification
• Experience in management of postgraduate specialty programs
• Experience with assessment systems for postgraduate specialty education
