Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI Designer with 3–4 years of experience to help design high-quality, scalable user interfaces and experiences for both learners and tutors. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity mockups, interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web, mobile (responsive UI) and app.
• Develop and maintain a design system (components, style guides) to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Work with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and usable designs.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and improve existing UI based on user feedback, analytics, and UX best practices.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and methodologies, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, prototypes, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience building or working with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate to code is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
