UI / UX

Bitlogia Digital are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

You will work closely with developers, project managers, and business teams to transform ideas into engaging digital products that solve real user problems while maintaining excellent usability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research user behavior, customer needs, and market trends to create effective user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Design visually appealing and conversion-focused interfaces
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides
• Optimize interfaces for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed
• Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
