About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing modern digital products. You should be passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and aesthetically pleasing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Clear communication in English and a strong sense of ownership—from concept to final delivery—are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain a consistent design system and component library.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Take complete ownership of assigned features, ensuring quality and usability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and responsive layouts.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/React or Flutter concepts).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of design handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Dev Mode.
• Understanding of animation/motion design or micro-interactions.
• Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
