UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business and product goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain scalable, consistent, and visually appealing design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers at every stage of the design process.
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Support UX audits, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to enhance existing product experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, AI-assisted design workflows, and modern design technologies.
• Contribute to overall brand identity design, including branding concepts, logo design, typography, and color systems, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Work on marketing collateral, such as social media creatives, presentations, and brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably across both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping) and a solid grasp of design principles.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing scalable design systems.
• Strong eye for aesthetics with experience in branding, logo design, and visual identity creation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Awareness of AI-powered design tools and workflow automation is a plus.
