About the Role

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and deliver seamless interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with product and development teams to define user requirements and design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Ensure design consistency through reusable components and design systems.
Convert complex workflows into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
Stay updated with industry trends, design standards, and usability best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
Good understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
