Job Description
Your role will involve experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization and driving product performance and business growth.
Design for Performance: Create user journeys and interfaces that directly support business goals (conversion, retention, progression).
Measure & Optimize: Define UX success metrics, track performance, and run experiments (A/B tests, usability studies) to validate and improve outcomes.
Iterative Improvement: Use data insights to refine and evolve design solutions over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data analysts, and developers to align design with growth objectives.
User Understanding: Conduct research to identify friction points, behaviors, and needs, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.add
Design with Psychology: Apply behavioral science principles (e.g., Fogg Behavior Model, cognitive load, heuristics, color and typography psychology) to create interfaces that drive motivation and engagement.

Technical Skills (Preferable, or ready to learn)
Strong hands-on experience in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and similar design tools.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction designs, and responsive layouts.
Sound understanding of visual design principles — color theory, typography, spacing, and composition.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, and media queries is a plus (not mandatory).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
