About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Researcher who can create intuitive, modern user experiences and contribute to improving product conversion through design and research. You should be confident in Figma, especially in building interactive prototypes, and have basic exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) research.

Key Responsibilities✅ UI/UX Design
Design user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Maintain consistency with design systems, typography, color palettes, and UI components.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

✅ User Research & CRO Support
Conduct basic user research: usability testing, competitor research.
Support CRO research by identifying friction points, drop-offs, and improvement opportunities.
Use research insights and user behavior data to suggest UI/UX improvements.
Create user flows, journey maps, and personas where needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (or equivalent strong portfolio).
Must have strong hands-on experience with Figma + prototyping.
Good understanding of UX principles: user flows, information architecture, usability.
Ability to turn ideas into clean and functional UI.
Basic understanding of CRO research and how UX impacts conversions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
