Job Description – UI/UX Designer
eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic remote design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in user experience research, wireframing, and UI design, with the ability to craft visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that align with business and user goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis to gather actionable insights.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to communicate design strategies effectively.
- Design and iterate low to high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts in collaboration with product and development teams.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed UX documentation, including research findings, test reports, and design guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the product experience continually.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
- Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics).
- Understanding accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
