UI & UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing seamless user journeys, and delivering visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and design solutions.

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain design consistency through style guides, UI kits, and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers.

Prototyping & Testing

• Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability studies.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and insights.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Present design concepts and explain design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ensure final UI implementation aligns with approved designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and design systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end fundamentals.
• Experience with micro-interactions or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
