UI UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for healthcare or health-based mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will translate complex healthcare workflows into simple, user-friendly designs while ensuring usability, accessibility, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered UI/UX for healthcare or health-based mobile and web applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and healthcare stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and healthcare usability requirements
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends in healthcare and digital products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web app design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing healthcare, wellness, fitness, or telemedicine apps
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development processes
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
