UI/ UX Designer

Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience who can design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products. This role is focused on creating seamless user experiences by understanding user needs and translating them into engaging designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

· Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

· Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components

· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how applications function and look

· Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and layouts

· Build intuitive navigation elements like buttons and search fields

· Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness and usability)

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

· Prepare and present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and stakeholders

· Ensure consistency with brand guidelines including fonts, colors, and visual styles

· Leverage AI design tools (when needed) to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design quality

Required Experience & Skills

· Must have 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

· Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

· Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar

· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and the ability to use them effectively when required

· Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Good time-management and attention to detail
