Job Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UI/UX best practices across web and mobile platforms. Video editing skills are highly preferred, as the role also supports visual storytelling, product demos, and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply UI/UX design best practices to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences
• Design solutions for web and mobile platforms with a strong focus on responsive design
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Contribute to project planning and management, supporting effective design decision-making
• Handle multiple projects independently and deliver within defined timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Solve complex design problems by breaking them into structured, actionable solutions
• Engage regularly with client stakeholders, address queries, and ensure high satisfaction
• Support account management by maintaining clear and efficient design workflows
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth and best practices
• Assist the hiring team with design insights and evaluations
• Create or support video content such as product walkthroughs, UI animations, or promotional visuals (preferred)

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS)
• Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Video editing and motion design skills
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Ability to create UI animations, explainer videos, or product demo videos

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
