Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to lead the design of innovative digital products and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong product design mindset, extensive experience designing mobile apps, and the ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements, present design solutions, and ensure an exceptional user experience. Candidates with experience in a digital agency environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design scalable and user-centric mobile application interfaces (iOS & Android).
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Present design concepts and solutions directly to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design presentations.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers where required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience working on digital products and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design, mobile app UI/UX, and end-to-end design projects.
• Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a Digital Agency.
• Experience designing SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise digital products.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile design guidelines (Material Design & Apple Human Interface Guidelines).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant UI/UX certifications are a plus.
