About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional designs that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design end-to-end user experiences from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions

Translate product requirements and user flows into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency

Perform UX audits and continuously improve existing user journeys

Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards

Support developers during implementation through clear specifications and design handoffs

Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2–3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer

Link to a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design

Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications

Familiarity with usability testing methods and UX research techniques

Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working on product-based platforms or marketplaces

Knowledge of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers

Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries

Understanding of Agile/Scrum product development workflows

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
