Job Description:

As a UI/UX Design Intern at BM Info trade Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-centered designs for web. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, seamless user experiences.

You will be involved in the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, an understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate business needs into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests to gain insights into user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to demonstrate design ideas and concepts.
• UI Design: Create high-fidelity user interface designs, including visual elements, icons, and typography, ensuring the final design is both functional and visually appealing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Design Consistency: Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices by creating style guides and design systems.
• Usability Testing: Conduct user testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterative Design Process: Be open to feedback, iterating designs based on usability tests, user feedback, and stakeholder input.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Design Intern , Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and designing for different devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving design problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of design systems and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Working:

1. Office hours: 10 AM to 07 PM, Days; Monday to Saturday.

3. Stipend : 5000

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
