About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Design Trainer to teach, mentor, and inspire our students. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on design experience, prior training or teaching background, and the confidence to host engaging webinars—a key channel for our lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Classroom Delivery

• Conduct online/offline training sessions on UI/UX fundamentals and advanced concepts.
• Teach students key topics including:
• Design thinking & user research
• Information architecture
• Wireframing & prototyping
• UI principles, typography, color theory
• Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch and AI tools
• Usability testing & feedback
• Guide students through real-world design projects, case studies, and portfolio building.
• Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their design skills.

Curriculum Development

• Help create and update UI/UX course modules based on industry trends.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, sample projects, and design exercises.
• Ensure the learning journey is structured, practical, and industry-relevant.

Webinars & Lead Generation

• Host interactive webinars to attract potential learners.
• Present the value of UI/UX skills, industry demand, and course outcomes in a compelling manner.
• Conduct short demo sessions or live design walkthroughs during webinars.
• Represent the academy professionally during all virtual events.

Student Mentorship & Guidance

• Support students with design challenges, project reviews, and portfolio curation.
• Assist in preparing them for internships, interviews, or freelance opportunities.
• Track student progress and maintain engagement throughout the program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of UI/UX training or teaching experience (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Figma (preferred)
• Adobe XD, Sketch
• User research methodologies
• Wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Ability to host and deliver effective webinars and live sessions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design for mobile and web apps.
• Understanding of UX writing, micro-interactions, and accessibility.
• Prior experience in conducting workshops, masterclasses, or online coaching.
• Exposure to real-time projects or freelance client work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
