UI/UX Designer

Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role

Paklogics is looking for a skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to join our in-house team in Faisalabad. The candidate should be experienced in designing seamless user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications. A strong grip over Figma and an understanding of modern UI/UX principles is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure UI accuracy
• Conduct user experience research and translate findings into design improvements
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, design systems, and components
• Revise designs based on internal reviews and usability feedback

Skills Required (Detailed)
Figma (Expert Level):

• Proficient in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, auto layout, and responsive design. Should be capable of organizing design files for developer handoff.
• Website & App Flow Understanding:

Ability to visualize and create logical navigation and user flow diagrams for both web and mobile platforms. Should understand onboarding, checkout, dashboard, and other common UX patterns.
Design Principles:

• Solid grasp of typography, spacing, color theory, and layout. Able to create clean and modern UI based on best design practices.

User-Centered Thinking:

• Capability to think from the user’s perspective to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Responsive Design Knowledge:

• Skilled in creating adaptable designs for different screen sizes and devices.
• Communication & Collaboration:

Comfortable discussing ideas with cross-functional teams, accepting feedback, and improving accordingly.
