UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, solid design skills, and a deep understanding of user experience principles. The candidate must be proficient in Figma, including working with components, variants, and creating style guides.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging websites, web applications, and mobile applications that meet user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Create and manage Figma components, variants, and reusable design elements.
• Develop comprehensive style guides for consistent design patterns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product designs.
• Present design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience in designing websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, with strong skills in creating components, variants, and style guides.
• Experience in developing and managing design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills or the ability to effectively explain design decisions.
• Ability to handle client feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
