About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform concepts into engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

· Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

· Maintain consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across platforms.

· Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

· Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

· Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

· Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics (a plus).

· Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
