UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and mobile-first design.
• Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive layouts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
