UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform requirements into seamless and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mock-ups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and business requirements
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI libraries
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills, creativity, and design process
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
