UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI-UX designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations and translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, and forms
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Create original graphic designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects (please attach or share link)
• Proficient in design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
