UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into design concepts, and delivering high-quality UI designs that align with usability best practices and brand identity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, and strategists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, UX patterns, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and polished UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
