UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer Experience: 3-4 years

What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, focusing on usability and user experience.

· Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.

· Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

· Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, with an emphasis on web applications.

· Proficiency in HTML and CSS for prototyping purposes.

· Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
