UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 4-5 years

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to optimize product experiences.
• Ensure consistent design standards across all platforms (web and mobile).
• Develop design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for scalable design.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (web & mobile applications).
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
