UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and consistent.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Continuously improve the user experience based on data and feedback.

Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks is a plus.

Familiarity with agile development processes.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
