UI/UX Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and functional. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and interactive design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain design consistency and UI standards across all digital touch points. Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles (a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. Photoshop

Preferred Skills: Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Basic knowledge of front-end development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
