Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 1-4 YOE

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
• Solid portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
