UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

TheBrainPsych is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Part-time) to join our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with our product vision. Preferred candidates will have strong product design knowledge, hands-on experience with Figma, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the product team to define user flows, wireframes, and design strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design systems in Figma.
• Conduct usability evaluations and propose improvements to optimize user journeys.
• Partner closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
• Contribute to shaping the product experience with a strong emphasis on end-to-end product design thinking.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma (at least 1 year hands-on experience).
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, information architecture, and design systems.
• Must have product design knowledge (not just screen design) with ability to map user flows and translate requirements into user experiences.
• Portfolio required, showcasing product design work (flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
