UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences and visually stunning user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric UI designs that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
• Design and develop visually engaging, accessible, and responsive web and mobile interfaces for financial applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Ensure the user interface is optimized for a smooth, secure, and seamless user experience on various devices and platforms.
• Maintain design consistency across multiple platforms while ensuring the design adheres to brand guidelines and security protocols.
• Collaborate with developers to implement the UI designs and troubleshoot any user interface-related issues during the development process.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into how users interact with our financial products and continuously improve the design.
• Stay updated on design trends, user experience best practices, and changes in the financial technology space to implement innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all UI components are intuitive, easy to navigate, and function efficiently in line with financial compliance and accessibility standards.
• Work on creating dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools for finance-related platforms to ensure data is presented clearly and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,405.32 - ₹35,271.29 per month
