UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at QMSMART Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our software products. Leveraging your creative flair and technical skills, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.

Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.

Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Advocate for the user and champion best practices in UI/UX design within the organization

Requirements

Minimum 6 months- 1year professional experience as a UI UX Designer.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and prototyping.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
