About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can translate ideas into visually appealing and user-centric designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing software applications from scratch, with a strong understanding of user experience principles, usability, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and flow.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Work on software design from scratch, ensuring seamless user journeys and optimal usability.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data insights.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a UI/UX Designer in software or product-based environments.
• Hands-on experience in designing software or applications from concept to completion.
• Strong command over design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of UX research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to think from the user’s perspective and solve design problems creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to work closely with front-end developers.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Exposure to Agile development environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Professional design certification (optional but preferred).
