UI/UX Designer

• Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Utilise social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed to optimise performance.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
• Identify and bid on projects on freelancing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Create compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients to win projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freelancing and bidding.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
