LaunchBox is a software development company. We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate insights into design improvements.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure consistency and usability across different platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support in usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
