UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

● Design modern, responsive, and accessible web and mobile interfaces using Figma.

● Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems that define the product’s look and feel.

● Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to refine designs.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

● Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and component library across projects.

● Present design concepts and user flows clearly to team members and clients.

● Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.

● Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and design innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

● Expert in Figma – including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems.

● Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.

● Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

● Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

● Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js) for better developer collaboration.

● Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
