UI/UX Designer

About Us

Link Social Network is a live social media platform focused on reimagining how people connect online. We're seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in-house and help refine and elevate the product experience as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and make a significant impact on a live product with real users.

About the Role

We are a lean startup, and this is a hands-on design role. You will work closely with the founders and developers to enhance our product's design language and user experience. We're looking for someone who brings both creative vision and meticulous execution — someone who understands how great UX and clean UI come together to create a seamless, engaging product.

What We’re Looking For

Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a proven ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive user flows

Excellent user interface (UI) design skills with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and aesthetics

Fluent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present design decisions clearly

A portfolio that demonstrates high-level work in both UI and UX design

At least 3 years of experience designing for mobile and/or web products

Bonus: Prior experience working on social apps or high-interaction consumer platforms

Responsibilities

Own the design process from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and final design assets

Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system

Collaborate closely with the development team in short, iterative cycles to implement and refine features

Help improve the existing live product by identifying usability issues and proposing enhancements

Stay informed of UX trends, platform guidelines, and emerging tools and techniques
